The Services provide free online tools (e.g., Developer tools, calculators, converters, generators) for general informational and utility purposes. Tools are intended for convenience and do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Use at your own risk.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. In general, we do not store inputs you provide to on-page tools and perform processing locally in your browser where possible. However, anonymized analytics and server logs may be collected to improve the Services.

Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, medical records) into tools unless you understand how it is handled. We are not responsible for any disclosure of information you voluntarily submit.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

You may download or export content where provided by the UI for personal or internal business use, but you must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Results from calculators, converters, or generators are estimates and for informational purposes only. You should verify accuracy before relying on output for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW).
